Linnette Zamora is Director of General Administration for Whitman Family Development, LLC. She joined the company in this capacity in 2004, soon after earning an Associate of Science from Miami Dade College.

Her extensive knowledge of commercial leases is the result of her experience ensuring accuracy and consistency for well over 100 leases. Zamora prepares credit and financial reports and works with senior leasing staff and general counsel during lease negotiations. She also serves the company as a notary public, and she conducts the initial review of lease agreements. Additionally, Zamora maintains the company’s file management system and database, which includes abstracts she prepares for all leases. She also serves as a landlord-and-tenant liaison, working alongside the construction department. Her expertise in MRI real estate software further facilitates a timely and accurate lease process.

Zamora is a native of Miami Beach, where she lives with her husband, Alexander. She is a graduate of Miami Beach High School and fluent in Spanish, as well as in English.

She is an active member of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and she participates in an annual toy drive that benefits Centro Mater and the Miami Rescue Mission’s Center for Women and Children. Zamora is also a volunteer for Camillus House, a local charity that provides humanitarian services to the indigent of Miami-Dade County.

Zamora enjoys fishing, horseback riding, reading, watching movies, attending concerts, football, hockey, and also studying Italian, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Prior to joining Whitman Family Development in 2004, Linnette worked at MarBay Real Estate management company which dealt with Commercial and Residential properties specializing in landlord representation, tenant representation as well as legal.

She is also a member of ICSC.
