As a member of the leasing team for Whitman Family Development, LLC., Lauren Bogage takes an active role in asset strategy meetings designed to determine the current position of properties and set into action a plan that ensures long-term viability and creates permanent leasing opportunities for Bal Harbour Shops and Brickell CityCentre.

As a luxury media veteran with extensive experience in high-fashion retail, Lauren uses her immense market and merchandising knowledge for strategy formulation and implementation, dealmaking, and lease negotiations to assist in the risk/rewards of making tenant recommendations.

Holding several senior positions prior to joining WFD, Bogage most recently served as Southeast Sales Manager at the Gilt Groupe Companies.  As Vice President and Publisher at The Plum TV Network, Lauren launched the first affluent magazine created with a co-branded television network, growing the Miami Beach division by 350% in one year.  Previously, she served as National Account Director and Group Publisher at Niche Media and was key in driving new business development of national corporate accounts in the high-fashion, jewelry, and travel categories.

As a South Florida native, Lauren graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, The International Council of Shopping Centers, and holds her Florida Real Estate License.
