Brett French

Brett French is Director of Leasing for Whitman Family Development, LLC.
As Director of Leasing for Whitman Family Development, LLC., Brett French is responsible for developing and implementing the day-to-day leasing strategies for both Bal Harbour Shops and Brickell CityCentre.
Prior to joining Whitman Family Development in 2011, Brett served as senior leasing director for a publically traded real estate company where he was instrumental in increasing portfolio occupancy and NOI. Earlier in his career, Brett worked at both boutique and regional brokerage firms specializing in landlord representation, tenant representation, and property acquisitions.
Brett earned degrees in Political Science, Public Policy, and Economics from Southern Methodist University. He also holds his Florida Real Estate License and is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He is married with two girls. As a native Miamian, Brett enjoys fishing, diving, and golf.
